Business Analyst – Product Development (Contract-Based)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis (project-based) to document product requirements and collaborate closely with our founders and UX/UI team to finalize screens and documentation for development. This role requires someone who can quickly understand business needs, create structured documentation, and ensure smooth handoff to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with founders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to finalize screens ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including:
  • UML Diagrams
  • Use Cases
  • User Stories
  • System Requirement Specification (SRS)
  • Scope Documents
• Ensure all requirements are well-defined and ready for development within the project timeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating requirement gathering, process flows, and structured documentation.
• Experience working with founders and cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a short-term, fast-paced project environment.
