Comprising of a diverse set of business streams, our Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) Data Analytics team provides robust and contemporary analytics solutions and data insights to Standard Chartered’s Wealth and Retail Banking businesses across the globe and helps them grow in a balanced and sustainable manner. In addition, the company focuses on developing new analytics capabilities, research, and follow emerging trends in analytics industry.
WRB Data Analytics offers its unique and enriching professional experience for our campus recruits. We engage with multiple countries in our footprint, across Wealth & Retail Banking products, and across the whole customer lifecycle.
We use quantitative analysis to develop key hypotheses and considerations on customer engagement initiatives and provide compilation of analysis and results in presentation format, complete with timely and actionable recommendations for implementation. We manage tasks with strong technical and data driven components while working closely with the business users and country analytics teams and perform data quality checks and ensuring integrity of the outputs being shared to senior management and business users.
A new graduate joining our team will bring the cross functional and technical understanding for designing, developing, and deploying analytics and dashboards and help multiple teams to support requirements with strong data understanding skills. They will create and deliver effective customer, product and segment analysis while documenting and participating in trainings for key deliverables and ensuring these are kept up to date. They will take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
