Renjoy is redefining short-term rental management through cutting-edge AI, automation, and data-driven technology. We’ve already built a custom owner portal using modern AI-powered tools like Replit and Bolt.new, and now we need an AI-driven full-stack developer to take it to the next level.

We are not just looking for a coder—we need someone who understands how AI is revolutionizing business and can apply AI solutions across operations, guest communication, sales, marketing, and beyond.

This is a 100% remote role open to global candidates, but you must be available during USA business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM MST) to collaborate with our team in real time.

What You’ll Do

• AI-Driven Business Automation – Implement AI tools for sales, guest messaging, pricing, and operations efficiency.
• Airtable API Integration – Connect our owner portal to Airtable for real-time data management.
• AI-Enhanced Communications – Develop AI-powered guest chatbots, automated responses, and lead qualification tools.
• Predictive Insights & Analytics – Use AI to analyze trends, predict maintenance issues, and optimize revenue management.
• Backend & Authentication Enhancements – Improve Supabase authentication, database structure, and API performance.
• Feature Enhancements & Debugging – Optimize existing functionality and ensure a seamless user experience.
• AI-Powered Data Visualization – Create smart dashboards that provide real-time, AI-generated insights.

You’ll Be Working With

• Frontend: React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React Query (TanStack Query), React Router
• Backend: Node.js, Supabase (Auth & DB), RESTful APIs, Airtable API
• AI & Automation: OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, Whisper, DALL·E), LangChain, Zapier, Make (Integromat)
• Libraries & Tools: Vite, PostCSS, ESLint, Lucide React (Icons), FullCalendar, Recharts (Data Visualization), Zod (Schema Validation)

Who We’re Looking For

We want more than a developer—we need someone who understands AI’s transformative potential and can apply it across our business to streamline operations, drive revenue, and create an incredible experience for our property owners and guests.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript expertise
• React.js experience (modern patterns, hooks)
• AI & automation experience (OpenAI, ChatGPT, LangChain, or similar)
• REST API design & integration
• Airtable API experience (reading/writing records, optimizing queries)
• AI-powered workflow automation (Zapier, Make, or custom scripts)
• Ability to work USA business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM MST)

Bonus Skills:

• Supabase authentication & backend experience
• State management expertise (React Query, Zustand, or similar)
• Data visualization & analytics (Recharts, D3.js, AI-powered reports)
• Conversational AI & Chatbots (GPT-based automation for guest messaging)
• AI-driven sales & marketing tools (automated lead qualification, dynamic pricing models)
• Performance optimization & scalability

Nice to Have:

• Experience with short-term rental or property management systems
• Calendar API integrations
