Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations, anticipate needs, identify improvement opportunities, design solutions, and implement them.
• Conduct requirements analysis and system testing.
• Document business requirements and create initial project designs.
• Proficiency in business analysis, documentation, and system testing, including ERP systems, CRM, incident reporting systems, licensing systems, and others.
• Experience in executing and planning systems and platforms with at least two fully completed projects.
• Extensive experience in analyzing business needs across various fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Information Technology
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience

• The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas.
• Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
• Applicant will need to relocate to Saudi Arabia and will be offered a two year work contract.
