Job Title: Business Analyst II - Brand Protection Business Operations

The Brand Protection Business Operations team at Amazon is responsible for protecting our customers and brand. As a Business Analyst II in this team, you will play a key role in driving efficiencies across multiple programs as we continue to scale in complexity. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with business teams and programs to identify, define, and document business intelligence and analytical reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business teams and programs to identify, define, and document business intelligence and analytical reporting needs.
• Act as a liaison between program managers, technical analysts, and functional experts to analyze and design KPIs to measure process performance.
• Deploy visualization tools and techniques such as Tableau and QuickSight to build comprehensive dashboards.
