Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to partner with its India and Emerging Countries' Network Operations Center (NOC), Business Intelligence (BI) and Transportation Technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The selected individual will be responsible for controllership, stakeholder management, business partnering, and process improvement initiatives. This includes managing headcount and costs, driving financial reviews, and analyzing return on investment (ROI) from various projects. The role requires a deep understanding of finance principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Controllership: Oversee headcount management, financial metrics, reporting, planning, and analysis
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to drive financial decisions and process improvements
• Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance and support to internal stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and simplify finance and business processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business; or MBA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
