Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Utilize your experience in JavaScript and Python to optimize and maintain backend systems, ensuring they are reliable and high-performing.

Database Management

• Use your SQL expertise to design, optimize, and manage database schemas and queries.

LLM Interaction

• Ask specific questions based on open-source datasets, verify LLM responses, and provide structured feedback to improve its outputs.

Performance Optimization

• Focus on backend optimization to enhance system performance.

Cloud Familiarity

• Collaborate on cloud-based systems (AWS or GCP) to ensure scalability and reliability of backend applications (optional but advantageous).

Training LLM

• Work on training the LLM by validating outputs and ensuring alignment with real-world data and scenarios.

Feedback Loops

• Develop and provide feedback to improve the LLM's accuracy, and create structured datasets for refining the model.

Collaboration

• Work with other engineers and product teams to ensure system enhancements and optimizations.

Mentorship

• Mentor junior engineers, helping them to grow and develop their technical skills.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Experience with Python and JavaScript
• Strong proficiency in both languages with a focus on backend development.

SQL Expertise

• Hands-on experience in database design, optimization, and management.

Backend Optimization

• Expertise in building and optimizing backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Familiarity With Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP)

• Understanding of cloud services like AWS or GCP for system deployment (optional but a plus).

LLM Interaction

• Comfortable working with LLM technology to ask questions, validate outputs, and provide structured feedback (prior experience not mandatory).

Full Stack Development

• Familiarity with front-end and back-end integration, even though the focus will remain on backend and validation tasks.
