Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Logistics Operations team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

• The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams to identify and analyze business problems and opportunities.
• They will design and develop solutions using data visualization tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and Quicksight.
• The candidate will also communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand various operations across ROC.
• Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL and Excel/Quicksight.
• Understand stakeholders' requirements and map them with data sources/data warehouse.
• Own delivery and backup of periodic metrics, dashboards to the leadership team.
• Draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards and visualizations of processed data, identify trends, anomalies.
• Execute high-priority (i.e., cross-functional, high-impact) projects to improve operations performance.
• Perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Knowledge of SQL.
