Stake: 2% of the company's equity ownership Stake Valuation (2027): ₹ 100 Crore +

Salary: Applicable post funding (Expected by May 2025), which will be determined based on previous salaries, experience, market standards, and mutual agreement.

Open Position: FrontEnd and UI/UX Developer - Fashion E-Commerce

Role Summary: We are looking for a FrontEnd and UI/UX Developer to join our tech team and play a crucial role in shaping our platform's user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the frontend and mobile app teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs and build them using frontend technologies.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business and customer needs.
• Optimize UI designs for mobile (React Native) and web (ReactJS) platforms.
• Ensure design consistency, intuitive navigation, and overall seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve usability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define the visual design strategy of the platform.
• Guide developers in implementing UI designs while ensuring quality and responsiveness.
• FrontEnd Development in Web, Mobile and other cross-platform

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer in a startup or e-commerce setting.
• Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design.
• Familiarity with ReactJS and React Native to collaborate with development teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
