Job Post: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of consultants in understanding current business processes, analyzing and capturing client requirements, and defining solutions and alternatives.
Review proposals, analyze solutions, proactively identify risks and scope creep, and provide guidance to consultants.
Present solutions and proposals to customers and stakeholders, conduct benchmark studies, and assist consultants in resolving complex requirements.
Proactively interact with stakeholders, obtain buy-in on proposed solutions, and manage team motivation and attrition.
Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training, and ensure effective communication amongst the team.

Other Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build automation pipeline and ensure noiseless delivery while managing expectations.
Anchor end-to-end proposals, create business case/ROI, and present solutions to stakeholders.
Provide inputs to higher management for strategic decisions.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments/consulting/implementation
Business process automation/workflow tools
Certification in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Work Fusion.
Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts, ROI/business case analysis, lean/six sigma, and basic programming skills (in .NET/C#/PLSQL).
Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skills, strong networking skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to mentor other team members and travel as required.
